Thermoneutrality
= Not too Hot & Not too Cold = Comfort
- The diagram shows the
distibution of heat in the body when at Thermoneutrality.
- The heat comes mainly
from abdomInal cavity and distributed via the blood , to produce the thermal
profile shown.
- Certain areas of the
body (e.g. lower arm, lower leg) are at a lower temperature than the core
of the body leaving areas that
- will heat up as the body heats if it gets hotter.

and controls heat loss to constantly to maintain this
- All this is monitored
by the hypothalamus in the brain and is the key to how Radar Interactive
